David Cohen is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infotility, Inc. and is currently leading the development of a next-generation, intelligent agent-based software infrastructure (GridAgents) for SmartGrid applications. David Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the energy and software industries specializing in renewable energy, distributed computing, and distributed energy. Prior to co-founding Infotility, David was VP of the Distributed Energy Products Division of Silicon Energy, a leading provider of Enterprise Energy Management (EEM) software and solutions. He managed the development and market launch of Silicon Energy's industry leading Distributed Energy Manager™ (DEM) product, a web-based software platform for networking, managing, and controlling distributed energy resources, part of Silicon Energy's EEM Suite™. Using the DEM product, David co-developed the industries first Systems Operation Center (SOC) software with DTE Energy Technologies branded as EnergyNow. He also co-developed ABBs Virtual Power Plant application based on the DEM software. Prior to co-founding Silicon Energy, David was a Principal with ICF Consulting in Washington, D.C. David has held various senior-level positions at Cable and Wireless Communications, Architectural Energy Corporation, Highland Energy Group and the Joint Center for Energy Management. David is actively involved in the Renewables, CleanTech, and SmartGrid industries including his current board position on the GridWise Architecture Council (GWAC), team member of Modern Grid Initiative (MGI), the Galvin Initiative Microgrid working group, and a member of the American Council for Renewable Energy's (ACORE) CEO council. David was a founding member of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society (CRES), Vice President within the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), and currently serves on the board of Green Building Studio, Inc, and Aura Renewable Energy Corporation.

James McCray - COO/CMO. James McCray is Chief Operating and Marketing Officer of GridAgents, an Infotility, Inc. company, and is responsible for the commercialization, marketing, and sales and business strategy development for the company. Jim has been an active member of Infotility's advisory board since 2001, and has collaborated with David Cohen on software development and commercialization projects for over 14 years. McCray brings 27 years of enterprise software product marketing, energy industry engineering, and executive management experience to Infotility, Inc. During the past seven years, McCray has developed numerous software packages including Visualize-IT for data visualization of AMI interval data, calibration methods and tools for building energy and renewables analysis. McCray was Director of Sales and Marketing for Accenture's Field Force Transformation offerings for North American Utilities, COO of Green Building Studio, Inc, and General Manager of Siebel Systems Energy Industry Products Division. Prior to Siebel, McCray as a Director at ICF Consulting where he developed the business and product plan for EnergyVision, recently acquired by Nexus Energy Software. Prior to that McCray was VP of Consulting and Products at RLW Analytics, where he developed the engineering calibration approach for using metered data to assess energy efficiency measure performance and performed large scale commercial and industrial metering and energy measurement and evaluation studies. At GridAgents, Inc., McCray will be responsible for commercialization of the GridAgents Framework, as well as global marketing, sales, strategic planning, business development, and alliances with major T&D software/services, and advanced metering and monitoring (AMI) companies.

Robert Dodier, PhD - Chief Scientist. Robert Dodier is well know for his research on probabilistic models called belief networks and is Chief Scientist at GridAgents. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the GridAgents Framework, software for agent-based control of electrical grid systems, including development of complex algorithms for optimizing DER control. Robert was intimately involved with the Adaptive House Project, an infrastructure for advanced agent-based control and device automation. Prior to joining GridAgents, Robert Dodier was a Lead Scientist for CSG Analytics responsible for developing, implementing, and using machine learning algorithms for prediction of cable television subscriber marketing information. Prior to CSG, Robert was a Chief Scientist for Athene Software where he was responsible for machine learning algorithms for the telecommunication industry. Robert has a B.A., in Mathematics and Computer Science from Portland State University, an M.S., Civil Engineering, and a Ph.D., Engineering for the University of Colorado.

Peter Curtiss, PhD - Senior Energy Engineer. Peter Curtiss has extensive experience in building energy systems, renewable energy technology, neural network modeling, and distributed generation analysis. His undergraduate studies were at Princeton University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Architecture and Engineering Program. He subsequently received a Master of Science and a Ph.D. from the Building Systems Program at the University of Colorado. Peter has authored many papers on energy system control and wrote Chapter 7 "Principles of Control of Distributed Generation Systems" in the book Distributed Generation: The Power Paradigm for the New Millennium.
